- 95% of our orders are printed and shipped locally to cut down on carbon emissions.
Shipping times
- Items are produced and delivered within an average of 72 hours.
- Some shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors

Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date shown when placing the order includes:
- Fulfillment time: the time to create your products, which depends on the product.
- Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address, which depends on the production country, delivery country, shipping method selected, the status of the network, and other factors.
Shipping cost
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders with the option to add priority shipping at an additional cost.
Outside of the EU
- Please keep in mind that duties and taxes may apply if an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU.
- These costs are not included in the final price at checkout, but we will show a message at checkout should your shipping destination be a known location for customs fees.
- Import duties and taxes are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address, and you will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
- Gifts For The Soul has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost of these charges, since these depend on the shipping destination.
- Delivery times might vary depending on the country, and you may be liable to pay customs fees when delivering to countries outside of the European Union.

My tracking has not been updated for a week. Is there a problem?
- Your tracking can take a while to update, and we usually allow up to a full business day for the tracking link to update with your shipment information!
- While this is rare, orders can occasionally be delayed due to a variety of reasons: whether there is a backlog at the local post, customs are slow, intense holiday seasons.
