Placing an order
- Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout".
- Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select your preferred payment method
Can I cancel my order?
- We want you to receive and enjoy your order as soon as possible. For this, we send all orders to print around 2 hours after your order is confirmed.
- However, we understand that sometimes you need to modify or cancel an order. Please contact us via contact us form within 2 hours of placing it, and we will do our best to cancel it for you.
- Please bear in mind that we print 7 days of the week, so cancellation requests on weekends will be handled within 48 hours.
Can I add another print to my order after making payment?
- Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any more items to your order. However, since we do offer free shipping, feel free to place a new order with your desired item as soon as is convenient for you!
- Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, we will not be able to make a cancellation.
I have received my order and there is a mistake in the design. Can I exchange it?
- We understand that it is easy to make mistakes with an online editor, but unfortunately we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped and received.
- Due to the personalized nature of our prints we cannot accept returns, so it is unfortunately not possible to exchange your product.
- If you have more questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us via contact us form within two weeks of receiving your product, and we will do our best to help you!
I’ve received a different product to the one I ordered. What do I do?
- This is rare, but if you happen to receive a different Mapiful or frame to the one you ordered, please contact us via contact us form within two weeks of receiving your order, and we will arrange a redelivery for the correct items.
I made a mistake in my order. Can I make a change to it after making payment?
- We want to make sure you are 100% happy, and we can accommodate changes to the text of your print only, up to 2 hours after your order has been made.
- Please contact us via contact us form to do this. Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot change the style or size of your print on our end.
Can I change my chosen delivery address?
- If you would like to make a change to your delivery address, please get in touch with us via contact us form within two hours of placing your order and we will change this in our system.
- Unfortunately, we cannot make these changes if your order has already been shipped, and you must contact the shipping company directly with any changes via the link in your tracking email.
- Please note that we cannot deliver to PO box addresses, or Military Bases.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. How do I know that my order went through?
- This doesn’t happen often, but in some rare cases your order confirmation may not reach you. This could be due to a typo in the email address you provided, or your email client rejecting the email.
- Please check your spam folder for the confirmation, and search for emails from us @giftsforthesoulbylorrie.com.
- Please email us directly via our via contact us form should you not locate it.
I forgot to add the discount to my order. Can I still get the discount?
- Fear not, mistakes happen sometimes! Please contact us via contact us form, and we will do our best to help you.
I have entered the wrong contact information. Can I change it?
- If you want to make a change to your delivery address or phone number, please get in touch with us within 2 hours of placing your order via contact us form, and we will change this in our system.
- Unfortunately, we cannot make these changes if your order has already been shipped, and you must contact the shipping company directly with any changes via the link in your tracking email.
